Discovering Walt Disney Studios Park

Walt Disney Studios Park, which opened in 2002, was inspired by the best of cinema, animation and television. Divided into four zones known as Front Lot, Toon Studios, Production Courtyard and Backlot, it offers a real behind-the-scenes look into the heart of the action, with sensational attractions and shows for the whole family!

Front Lot

The Park doors open onto a California-style landscape dotted with palm trees, located right on Place des Frères Lumière with its statue celebrating the film Fantasia (The Sorcerer’s Apprentice) and a stunning view of the Park’s iconic fixture: the Water Tower.

Guests enter Disney Studio 1. It’s as if Hollywood’s Sunset Boulevard had been brought to Europe. Not only can guests soak up the atmosphere, they can also see what happens behind-the-scenes of movie sets. Disney Studio 1 is a place to relax where guests can grab a bite to eat and go shopping.

Toon Studio is an area dedicated to the art of animation, where the “toons” come alive.

Animation Celebration

Imagine greeting Queen Elsa from her Ice Palace, accompanied by her sister Anna, or even posing with Kristoff and Sven in their barn. This is the experience that awaits you at Animation Celebration at Walt Disney Studios Park – thanks to the Selfie Spots. You may even meet the adorable snowman Olaf there.


Animagique Theater

Animagique Theater hosts a “Selfie Spot” with Mickey in his stage outfit created for the show “Mickey and the Magician”.

Toy Story Playland

Toy Story Playland gives guests the chance to see what it’s like to be a toy with oversized props and attractions: Toy Soldiers Parachute Drop, Slinky Dog Zigzag Spin and RC Racer. Other family-friendly attractions pay tribute to Disney•Pixar movies like Cars Quatre Roues Rallye, which drops guests into the world of Cars, or Crush’s Coaster, an attraction that plunges them into the East Australian Current, like in Finding Nemo.

The Place de Rémy transports guests to the Paris of the Ratatouille film and gives them the thrill of following the little rat himself in Ratatouille: The Adventure as well as enjoying a meal at Bistrot Chez Rémy!

Cars Route 66 Road Trip

Cars Road Trip

Cars Road Trip, transports Guests into a Cars themed road trip along Route 66, allowing them to discover local natural wonders such as the world’s biggest lugnut or a place where water springs erupt several times a day. Along the road, Guests encounter some of the most beloved Cars Characters such as Lightning McQueen and Mater making the Walt Disney Studios Park THE place where Cars & Pixar stories come to life

Walt Disney Television Studios

Studio D will open its doors soon and present a new interactive show with Mickey, Minnie and their Disney Junior Friends. In this show, little ones will dance and sing alongside these much-loved characters. Studio D will be located at Walt Disney Television Studios, which also houses the attraction Stitch Live!, an interactive experience between guests and the alien Stitch.


The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror ™

Definitely for thrill seekers, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror™ unveils a brand-new and even more exciting version. Beware, the 13-story drop can happen at any moment and is even more hair-raising than ever! Guests of Walt Disney Studios Park’s signature attraction can now experience new twists and turns complemented with visual and sound effects.


On February 27, 2018, The Walt Disney Company announced a major investment plan for Walt Disney Studios Park. The aim is to renovate existing facilities to add a Marvel-theme area and expand Walt Disney Studios Park to offer new attractions, shops and restaurants dedicated to the worlds of Frozen and Star Wars.
