Our 16,000 Cast Members – from 124 nationalities – are at the heart of the unique experience offered by our resort. They provide guests with a magical and outstanding experience, and recognizing their work is one of our priorities. As such, in the spirit of our tradition, 3,000 Cast Members with 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years of service in the company were celebrated during the Service Award from 17 to 21 November 2021 – 5 unique gala evenings organized at the heart of the destination.
