Get to Know the Disney PRIDE Network at Disneyland Paris

At Disneyland Paris, the diversity of our teams is an engine of creativity, helping us to create exceptional, magical experiences for our guests. We are always listening and learning to push ourselves every day to make Disneyland Paris a more inclusive resort for everyone. One of the ways we do this is through networks called Business Employee Resource Groups (BERG) which bring together Cast Members from all walks of life to provide inspiration, support and engagement within the community.

Last year, Disneyland Paris launched its very own Disney PRIDE BERG, bringing together 11 Cast Members from all divisions and levels of the resort, sponsored by President Natacha Rafalski and Deputy Chief Counsel Gilles Dobelle. The group is tasked with raising awareness of LGBTQ+ topics by organizing and support key actions and events, helping to recognize and value everyone’s differences while fostering a culture of inclusion for fellow Cast Members.

Since its creation, Disney PRIDE has already helped to champion efforts for Disneyland Paris’ first-ever ‘Allies for Diversity Week’ in January and raised awareness of International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia last month. The network is also working closely on Disneyland Paris efforts for Pride Month, including the release of a new Pride anthem online this week to engage guests virtually and an exclusive day-long Cast conference on LGBTQ+ topics later this month.

The Disney PRIDE network is just one aspect of our broader Diversity and Inclusion efforts at Disneyland Paris, alongside impactful policies and ongoing engagement opportunities which continue to expand year after year. In celebration of Pride Month, we’re excited to introduce you to each of the network’s Cast Members who contribute their unique skills and perspectives. Take a look below to see the faces of Disney PRIDE, and stay tuned for more on Pride this month!
