Last week, as part of Global Well-Being Week 2024, an initiative of The Walt Disney Company, Cast Members at Disneyland Paris had the opportunity to take part in two Disney Cast Life events dedicated to their wellness: YOGA by Disney and the Fun Run 5K!
YOGA by DISNEY :
On May 21, 2024, about 450 Cast Members took a yoga session with master yogi Sébastien Cierco in a unique setting in front of the Sleeping Beauty Castle, under the rising sun.
Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse joined the Cast Members for this incredible gathering, which took place in a resolutely zen spirit.
Jose Alfaro Navarro and Dylan Legras, 2024-2025 Disneyland Paris Ambassadors, also took part in this exceptional session with Cast Members under the theme of Disney Symphony of Colours.
Fun Run 5K
Last Friday, Cast Members also had the opportunity to take a 5-kilometre trip through Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park under the banner of the show: A Million Splashes of Colour
Once again this year, costumes were the order of the day, and runners were invited to dress up in their best A Million Splashes of Colour themed outfits. A competition was even organized to reward the most beautiful and original creations.
This new event attracted a record number, over 1 200 participants, more motivated than ever in the early hours of the morning, all in good spirits and conviviality.
At the end of the race, each Cast Member received a magnificent medal, decorated with the colors and motifs inspired by the show A Million Splashes of Colour as a souvenir of this memorable day.
