As part of the opening of Avengers Campus, our Food & Beverage Cast Members attended a training session on how to prepare “pizza al taglio”, illustrating our company’s ongoing commitment to professionalize team members by developing essential career-building skills.
Our teams learned the techniques for preparing, cooking and garnishing a typical pizza crust. They are now pizzaiolos in their own right, ready to make homemade pizzas as part of a cooking show experience.
The training, run by top professionals from the Ecole Française de Pizzaiolo, focused on the skills needed to prepare recipes served at Stark Factory, one of the new Avengers Campus restaurants at Disneyland Paris.
