Disneyland Paris continues to expand its awe-inspiring entertainment offerings! Since the end of May, the place where dreams come true has been home to an all-new original show that offers a modern take on the timeless story of the Walt Disney Animation Studios’ film Alice in Wonderland.
This show gives guests the unique opportunity to attend a hair-raising face-off between Alice and the Queen of Hearts through an incredible combination of pop rock-inspired musical performances, trampoline acrobatics and spectacular BMX stunts!
At Disneyland Paris, each show brings its share of surprises, and Alice & the Queen of Hearts: Back to Wonderland is no exception as it features two new artistic and sporting disciplines! While acrobats take over “trampo-walls” that reflect the skyscraping nature of the sets, BMX riders perform stunts to the sound of music, creating striking images and choreography!
These two disciplines mirror the personalities of two different teams that go head-to-head in the show. While the Queen of Hearts is accompanied by ten BMX riders who represent the iconic playing cards featured in the beloved animated movie, Alice’s team is made up of a group of trampolinists who look like Mome Raths!
To make it possible for these acrobats to transport guests into Alice’s whimsical world, the stage is equipped with seven trampolines, including a 14-meter-long trampoline. Each side of the stage even features two “trampo-walls” that are 2.50 meters high!
And the fun does not stop there, as a skate park consisting of nine BMX ramps that are between 3.50 and 5 meters high was also brought to life in the middle of the stage for the Queen of Hearts’ team to perform breathtaking stunts. Welcome to Wonderland!
