Disneyland Paris wins several Family Traveller Excellence Awards

 Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain, Marvel Season of Super Heroes and Villages Nature Paris are named among top family experiences globally

On November 13, 2019, Disneyland Paris was honored three times at the Family Traveller Excellence Awards, which recognize the top 50 exceptional family experiences and attractions around the world.

Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain at Disneyland Park, Marvel Season of Super Heroes and the Disney Nature Resort Villages Nature Paris are among the winners in 2019, selected by more than 100,000 consumers from a panel drawn up by tourism experts and a children’s jury. Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain and Marvel Season of the Super Heroes won in the “Thrills and Spills” category, while Villages Nature Paris won in the “Learning and Enrichment” category, which recognizes avant-garde initiatives educating and enriching the lives of children during their holidays.

Disneyland Paris also recently won #1 Best Family Park in Europe from European Star Awards, recognizing entrepreneurship, courage and innovation within the European theme park industry. Four attractions at the resort were also ranked in the Top 10 for Best Dark Rides in Europe, including Ratatouille: L’Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy in first place. And in early November, Villages Nature Paris received a Silver Award from the World Travel Market Responsible Tourism Awards, in its quest to minimize its ecological footprint in consideration with the current global issues.
