Recognizing and showcasing talent is an important part of our commitment to our 16,000 Cast Members. On 13 October, Disneyland Paris celebrated the sixth edition of The Walt Disney Legacy Award, which is the highest honor any Cast Member can receive.
The 33 winners, nominated by their peers for their ability to Dream, Create and Inspire, uphold the Walt Disney legacy every day. These Cast Members work in various departments behind the scenes or in contact with guests and can be recognized by their blue name tag. They reflect the diversity of talent at the destination, which has no fewer than 500 different professions.

On 13 October, the 33 winners were honored at an exceptional gala evening at the heart of our destination.
They also celebrated this top achievement within Disney Parks, Experiences and Products with their leaders and in the presence of Natacha Rafalski, Présidente of Disneyland Paris, Josh d’Amaro, Chairman of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, Jill Estorino, President and Managing Director of Disney Parks International, and other members of the Disney Parks, Experiences and Products management team, as well as our Ambassadors.
