Since March 6, 2022, Guests visiting Disneyland Paris have been able to enjoy the new experiences designed specially for the 30th Anniversary celebration. From the floats of the new show “Dream… and Shine Brighter!” to the incredible kinetic sculptures installed in the Gardens of Wonder around Central Plaza, many companies from the Ile-de-France region have collaborated with entertainment teams to bring these modern art pieces to life.
Among these suppliers, the companies AFTER and Plastic Studio have been collaborating with Disneyland Paris for many years to design many décors and parade floats. Let’s meet with Yves Ollier, the set designer in charge of the 30th Anniversary project, so as to better understand how important it is to collaborate with local companies that are well known for their expertise, and with Jean-Philippe Evrard, the director of the company AFTER based in Emerainville, in the Seine-et-Marne department, to find out more about how the Gardens of Wonder and the floats of the show “Dream… and Shine Brighter!” were designed and produced.
