The Euro Disney group is continuing to contribute to regional development and job creation by announcing, in collaboration with its partner Pierre & Vacances, staff vacancies at the new Villages Nature Paris leisure complex. When it opens its doors in summer 2017, there are expected to be a total of 800 new jobs.
This recruitment campaign, carried out with its public partners, falls within the framework of the Employment Convention signed in July 2014, committing Euro Disney and Pierre & Vacances – Center Parcs to promoting employment in the region. With this in mind, full vocational training will be offered, ensuring an open recruitment process.
“It’s not just a question of skills – we also aim to ensure that the personal attitudes of candidates are in keeping with the values and culture of Villages Nature Paris: setting a good example, generosity, listening, optimism and initiative are all important.” — David Merafina, Director of HR at Villages Nature Paris.
There are an initial 73 vacancies, covering the entire range of water-based activities offered at the Aqualagon, a complex which extends over nearly 11,500 m². This will be followed by further recruitment phases, starting with the hiring of reception, entertainment and maintenance staff. In January 2017, the recruitment process will begin for catering, retail, security, cleaning and gardening staff.
