For World Children’s Day, the Paris branch of UNICEF and Disneyland Paris invited 300 children for a fun day in our parks. Sharing, solidarity, and generosity are the foundational values which Walt Disney held dear. Disneyland Paris and UNICEF, partners for 25 years, both work to bring happiness to children. This tradition continues today as Disneyland Paris and UNICEF invited 300 children from different charities for a special day, with a touch of Christmas magic. The children enjoyed some holly jolly entertainment for Disney’s Enchanted Christmas, as well as attending presentations about children’s rights given by local high schoolers. The highlight of the day was celebrating Mickey Mouse’s birthday during a special pre-parade, where they marched down Main Street, U.S.A. with the mouse that started it all!
