One of the priorities of Disneyland® Paris is to offer the best quality experience to all of its guests with disabilities. A tool has been set up to allow all persons with special needs to prepare their stay and consequently enjoy themselves like all other persons, and experience the Disney magic.
Infrastructure compliance, CastMember training, internal dedicated services… : since Disneyland Park opened in 1992, accessibility has been at the heart of the company’s priorities. Whether it’s a handicap, an invalidating illness or a pregnancy, no situation should come put a damper on the quality of the experience of guests with special needs.

The accessibility brochure
What path should I follow? What boutique of restaurant can I go to? A person with reduced mobility who is coming to our theme parks has a great number of legitimate questions. To consult our brochure with all the information on park accessibility click on the Disneyland Paris website, ask our central reservations office for one or the park admission offices (Studio Services and City Hall). This brochure allows guests to discover the attractions that are adapted to their pathology.
It is available by clicking right HERE.
Together with the associations we update this brochure regularly in order to increasingly meet guest needs and requests.
Focus on the access cards
To help guests move around the site and access the key areas in our destination, two cards (priority card and easy access card) are available to them, free of charge. These cards help park employees quickly and discreetly identify each guest’s specific needs in order to welcome them as best possible.
The priority card, for persons with disabilities, gives these guests and those who accompany them priority for specific access. The easy access card is to be used by guests with a crippling or temporary disease as well as by pregnant women. The guest concerned and an accompanying person will benefit from an easy access through the dedicated accesses.
For all information regarding these cards, conditions and justifying documents required, click HERE.
