Last November, the independent polling agency BVA carried out a satisfaction survey at a number of Disneyland Paris restaurants. Following these visits, five of the six restaurants included in the survey were awarded the distinction of “four stars”, highlighting the quality of hospitality, service and food they offer. The sixth catering establishment, Walt’s – an American Restaurant, was awarded the distinction of “firecracker”. This is the highest accolade that the BVA agency can award, reflecting the excellence of the iconic restaurant on Main Street, USA.
These surveys are carried out every year, and 2016 was the first year that they were performed by the polling agency BVA. The agency works on the basis of an assessment grid containing the required criteria formulated by Disneyland Paris. The visits are carried out anonymously and without warning six times per restaurant per year, to ensure the analysis is as accurate as possible.
“Thanks to all our front-of-house and kitchen teams, our restaurants offer visitors top-quality service every day. We are extremely proud to be able to offer such a high standard of restaurants at Disneyland Paris.” – Vincent Cantaert, director of park food services.
