Great atmosphere at Charléty Stadium

On May 24, 6,000 students gathered at Charléty Stadium to compete in a battery of athletic events. Competition was intense. But beyond the competition, the real benefit of this event was the interaction between students and companies. Disneyland Paris’s HR team presented their roster of career opportunities to interested, eager future graduates.

Increase students’ awareness of disability

The challenge was also a chance to raise participants’ awareness of employment possibilities for people with disabilities. Disabled sports were also included in the lineup and a roundtable was held on the topic of supporting students with disabilities in higher education. It was the perfect opportunity for Disneyland Paris’s “Mission Handicap” team to present the company’s initiatives in recruiting and retaining employees with disabilities (see the interview with Sylvie Bracquemond on the topic here). The people and experiences at this unique recruiting event made it a springboard for the careers of the participants.
